How the Rental Process Works
Whether you're recovering from surgery, healing an injury, or simply exploring PEMF therapy, our rental program makes it easy to get started with the right device.
Choose Your Device
Browse our available units below. Each is listed with its required deposit and monthly rental fee. All rentals begin with a 60-day term. If you interested in a machine not listed just give us a call and we'll work up the details for you.
Submit Your Deposit and First Month's Rent
Once you've chosen your device, submit your deposit along with your first month's rental fee to get things rolling. We accept credit and debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Affirm Pay, and Business Machine Financing. Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within two business days.
Receive and Track Your Shipment
All devices ship via FedEx Ground with free shipping on every 60-day rental. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way. You'll be provided with the exact shipping cost for your area once the order has been dispatched.
Start Your PEMF Therapy
Once your device arrives, you're all set. Use it in the comfort of your home for the duration of your rental term and experience the benefits firsthand.
We'll get you started with a Discovery Call and complimentary Zoom calls to make sure you understand the machine, how to use it, and answer any questions you may have.
Logistics
Shipping and Delivery Details
We want to make sure your device gets to you safely and on time. Here's what to know about the shipping process.
Free Ground Shipping
Standard FedEx Ground shipping is included at no extra cost on all 60-day rental terms. If you return your device early at 30 days, shipping charges will apply.
Express Delivery Available
Need your unit sooner? FedEx express shipping is available at an additional cost. Contact us for a quote.
Full Tracking Provided
Every shipment includes a FedEx tracking number so you can follow your device from our facility to your front door.
Adult Signature Required
For security, all deliveries require a signature from an adult (18 or older). FedEx will not leave the device unattended.
Rental Availability
Rentals are currently available within the United States and select areas of Canada. If you're located outside these regions and interested in purchasing a device outright, we ship sales orders worldwide. Contact us with any questions about availability in your area.
Love Your Device? Keep It.
If you decide to purchase your rental unit, your full deposit and all monthly rental payments (up to 90 days) will be applied toward the purchase price. It's a risk-free way to make sure you're investing in the right PEMF system for your needs.
Want to upgrade to a more powerful unit during your rental? You can. Simply request an RMA to return your current device (return shipping is the renter's responsibility), and once we receive it, the upgraded unit will be shipped out. The renter covers shipping on the new unit as well.
Returns
Cancellation and Returns
Done with your rental or ready to return your device? The process is straightforward.
Email Us
Send an email to with the name and serial number of your leased unit.
Receive Your RMA Number
Our support team will issue an RMA number for your return. The renter is responsible for shipping the device back.
Ship the Device Back
Package the device securely and drop it off with FedEx using the provided label. If you are returning before 60 days, the renter is responsible for the shipping cost.
Inspection and Deposit Refund
Every unit is inspected when it departs our facility and again when it returns. Your deposit will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the returned unit, provided it is in good condition. Damage such as a broken case or casing, broken wheels, a broken handle, heavy scratches, or evidence the device was dropped may result in a partial or full forfeiture of your deposit.

Healing takes time. For those focused on post-surgical or post-injury recovery, including recovery from accidents, we offer flexible extended rental terms.
Recovering from Surgery, Injury, or an Accident?
We understand that recovery timelines don't always fit neatly into a 60-day window. For patients focused on post-surgical, post-injury, or post-accident healing, we offer extended rental terms of up to 4 to 6 months so you can continue therapy for as long as you need it.
