Warranty

PEMF Systems, Inc. warranties this product to operate properly for a period of three (3) years from the date of the original transaction invoice. In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period, PEMF Systems, Inc. will repair this product to its original operating condition or replace the unit. Freight and insurance to and from manufacturer is not included. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained from PEMF Systems, Inc. before products are returned for service. Once a unit has been reported as needing service, further use is strictly prohibited and the unit must be returned within 3 business days or the warranty may be voided.

The unit must be delivered with freight paid with the registered owner’s name and address along with the description of difficulties encountered. The unit is to be shipped to the address designated by the manufacturer with the Return Merchandise Authorization. Freight and Insurance are the responsibility of the registered owner.

Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser, provided the equipment has not been: tampered with, the case opened, modified or damaged as a result of misuse (including use after a unit has been reported as damaged), accident, water, grit, impact, physically broken parts or lack of proper care.
